#1. Responsive Customer Support
We do not disappear on our customers once we handover helpers. We form an individual WhatsApp group with each customer. Each chat group consists of the consultant in charge of your case, an administrative staff, and a Best Home supervisor. This means that whenever you require assistance, a Best Home expert will be a phone call or text away.
#2. Save BIG: Maid's Medical Fees
By applying for your maid's insurance through Best Home (we partner with FWD Insurance), your Best Home helper is entitled to corporate rate medical fees at 35 General Practice Clinics nationwide, and 2 Dental Clinics. Your helper's MOM-Mandated 6 Monthly Medical Examination can be charged as low as 17 SGD!
#3. NO Service Fee: First Three Replacements
Mismatches do occasionally happen between employer and helper: this is inevitable in any human to human relationships. To reduce the financial anxiety for our customers, Best Home will assist you in transferring your helper to another employer, and we will match you with a new helper: no service fee, for the first three replacements!
#4. FREE: Counselling and Mediation
For most employer-helper relationships, any conflicts can be easily resolved through open and honest communication. Best Home customer support team is always available to assist you and your helper through effective counselling and mediation sessions- at no additional costs.
#5. FREE: One Year Online Training Videos
All Best Home maids are entitled to a FREE annual subscription of online training videos from STEP UP (worth SGD 149/year). You can utilise the STEP UP application to assign training videos to your helper, and observe her progress as she learns from a diverse range of training videos: cooking special dishes, expert cleaning guides, water saving tips etc. These topics compliment the knowledge which your helper would have already learnt during her training as a Best Home helper.
#6. FREE: Healthy Rest Day Programs
Best Home periodically organises healthy rest day programs, independently and in partnership with esteemed organisations like FAST, CDE, and Hagar Singapore. All Best Home helpers will be invited for FREE events: visit the domes at Gardens By The Bay, BBQ's, movies, bowling, music lessons, exercise sessions, and more. You are more than welcome to join in the fun!

For Christian employers and helpers, we have Christian worship services available. Starting in September 2024: a pilot program in partnership with Hagar Singapore.
#7. FREE: Best Home Care Package
Upon handing over your Best Home helper to you, we will provide your helper with a FREE care package consisting of toiletries, a cook book, and a book of translations- these are all useful resources to help her settle down at your home.
#8. FREE: Caregiver Uniforms
To celebrate the tremendous efforts of our infant and elder caregiving maids, Best Home will provide a unique caregiver uniform to each of them at the 6th month point of their employment, FREE of charge! With this uniform, we hope to encourage our caregiving maids, and express to them our sincerest appreciation for their hard work.
#9. Emergency Maid Accommodation
Best Home operates our own independent dormitory for domestic helpers. In cases of emergency, when it is not advisable for a domestic helper to remain in an employer's home, we can arrange for your helper to stay at our accommodation facility. This is a unique post-handover service that few maid agencies provide.
We have a separate transport service available for your helper as well.
#10. Long-Term Partnership/Service Certificates
Since 1996, Best Home has served generations of employers. We are deeply grateful to all our long-time customers, many whom have journeyed with us for decades and are now recommending their children or even grandchildren to our maid services. Many Best Home helpers also stay with one family for years. #11. FREE: Employer Guides + AI Chatbot
To keep employers updated on recent news and trends regarding the maid industry, Best Home creates and publishes weekly employer guides. Articles like "Hiring a second maid" to "Why a Myanmar maid is best suited for families in Singapore" can be accessed for FREE.
In addition, you may chat privately with the industry first: Best Home AI Chatbot! Best Home AI is programmed to answer all questions regarding employing a maid, with more than 800 topics stored in its knowledge bank. You may ask away without worry about privacy- no one can access your conversations with Best Home AI!
#12. SIM Card Subscription
In order to be contactable by you, to activate her ATM card, to access her work related documents on SingPass app, and to watch STEP UP training videos, your helper most likely requires a working SIM card with data plan. Best Home provides convenient SIM card subscription services- in partnership with RedOne!
